These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phislot platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support facilities available at phislot.app.

phislot is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Registration, deposits, and gameplay are prohibited for minors under Philippine law.
Each player may hold exactly one phislot account. Duplicate accounts result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to exploit phislot promotions through bonus abuse or coordinated betting is a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phislot login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
phislot may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Providing false documents is grounds for immediate account termination.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the phislot platform available at phislot.app (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the phislot Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the phislot Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and phislot ("we," "us," "our," "Company"). The Agreement takes effect upon your first access to the Platform, regardless of whether you complete account registration. Continued use of phislot after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
By creating a phislot account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement. Players who register on behalf of another person, or who provide false registration information, are in breach of these Terms from the moment of registration.
phislot is strictly an adult gaming platform. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR, all players must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate in any real-money gaming activity on phislot. It is a violation of Philippine law and these Terms to register on phislot if you are under 21 years of age.
phislot services are intended for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using phislot is lawful in your jurisdiction. phislot expressly prohibits access from countries or territories where online gambling is prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to block or restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
phislot reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

To access real-money gaming on phislot, you must complete account registration by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, and active Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each individual player may maintain only one phislot account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phislot reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein, including any winnings generated while using duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phislot login credentials (mobile number and password). You agree to notify phislot support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account. phislot will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Company was not at fault and where you failed to notify us promptly.
phislot accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your phislot account under any circumstances. phislot accounts may not be used by any person other than the registered account holder.
phislot accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and CLiQQ. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phislot account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. phislot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phislot 24 hours a day. Withdrawals will only be released to payment methods that match the identity of the registered account holder. phislot reserves the right to process withdrawals exclusively via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300 unless otherwise specified. phislot does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own processing charges.
phislot may require successful KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily. phislot reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point in the account lifecycle.
phislot complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that appears suspicious, inconsistent with normal player behavior, or indicative of money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation. Winnings generated through suspicious transactions may be withheld.
Important: phislot accounts are for gaming purposes only. Depositing funds into phislot without genuine gaming intent, or using phislot to process transactions for third parties, is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
All phislot bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions published alongside each specific promotion. General bonus conditions apply unless the specific promotion states otherwise. By claiming any phislot bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and all related restrictions.
Bonus funds credited to your phislot account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus funds carry a minimum 20x wagering requirement applied to the total bonus amount. Free spins winnings are subject to a 15x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.
phislot employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, and placing bets that do not constitute genuine gaming activity. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.
phislot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are in the process of completing wagering requirements will not be retroactively affected by the withdrawal of a promotion, except in cases of suspected abuse.
All games available on phislot use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently tested by accredited testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Players acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on phislot are determined by chance. phislot does not guarantee any winnings. Decisions made by the game system are final. In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that renders a game result indeterminate, phislot reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account.
phislot prohibits the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any phislot game. Any player found using such tools will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon activation. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies. During self-exclusion, phislot will suspend all promotional communications to the affected account. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on phislot and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
phislot reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts engaged in any prohibited conduct and to pursue all available legal remedies, including the recovery of damages.
All content on the phislot platform — including but not limited to the phislot brand, logo, software, game assets, text, graphics, and interface design — is the intellectual property of phislot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phislot platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any phislot content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phislot's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the phislot platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
phislot shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenues; loss of data; or damages arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues outside the Company's reasonable control. The Platform is provided "as is" and phislot makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
phislot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for any breach of these Terms. Upon closure of an account, any bonus funds are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds and winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
Players may close their phislot account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will continue to be processed normally.
In the event of a dispute regarding any phislot transaction, game outcome, or account matter, you must first contact phislot customer support via live chat to seek resolution. phislot will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. phislot will not consider disputes raised outside this timeframe except where required by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phislot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their phislot account (SMS or in-platform notification) at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Continued use of phislot following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
